Comment:

I Should Have Know Better

When I began posting some mixes at AotM, I though my Beatles' covers collection was so big that I should not care about repetitions. What a mistake!
After some mixes I decide to make a data base of all tracks that I have posted and I discover many duplications. Of course, some where among my preferred tracks.
Demais (Yes It Is) by Veronica Sabino appears on (a/o) LL1007, LCC1015 & LBR1002.
Good Day Sunshine by Ann Dyer a/o LL1002 & LCC1007.
Don't Let Me Down by Annie Lennox a/o LL1001 & LCC1016.
Blackbird by Arturo Sandoval a/o LCC1011 & LJB1004.
Golden Slumbers medley a/o LL1002 & LCC1013.
And I Love Her by Diana Krall a/o LL1001 & LCC1003.
A Hard Day's Night by Dionne Warwick appear on LL1001 & LCC1008.
I'll Follow The Sun by Felipe Avila appear on LJB1003 & LBR1005.
Norwegian Wood (This Bird Has Flown) by Herbie Hancock a/o LCC1006 & LJB1006. (Oops, that is still to be posted.)
And so on.
This Mix is constructed on the tracks I Should Have Used Instead of the first or second repetition if I have had a database from the very begi nning. That is why it is called "I Should Have Know Better". :-)

Thank you njr, thank you Ken, thank you desolation.
It should read Golden Slumbers medley by Cßssia Eller a/o LL1002 & LCC1013. Initial comment list all repetitions but I hit the number of cha racters limitation.

Great stuff! You should pick up "Let It Be" by Laibach. They covered the ENTIRE album. Brilliant and hilarious.

Thank you so much DJ Abstract.
The only song I have used from the Laibach Let It Be album is Dig It an appears on LCC1014 track 5. I agree I should use some more songs from this great industrial rock band from Slovenia. On the other hand, since in my previously posted mixes there was no repetition of any Let It Be song, none of the songs covered by Laibach will fit here. I promise you more Laibach in future mixes. Thank you again.

My favorite track on the Laibach cover LP is Across The Universe, which is neither industrial nor rock...It's an amazing and gorgeous performance that really stands out...IMHO, that is...
