Comment:

Well, this one certainly took quite a while for me to finish up! And the reason for that was simply that it took a while for me to receive my special-ordered copy of the Girl, Interrupted soundtrack (1999), from which the Skeeter Davis hit The En-d Of The World comes.

NOTES, THOUGHTS, COMMENTS, EXPLANATIONS, ETC.:
1) Pigs On The Wing: Nice little set of booken-ds, from my favorite Pink Floyd album!
2) Do The Evolution < Day Of The Lords: A sequence that I had in mind for quite a while, and which I personally thought would be rather ominously effective!
3) The En-d Of Something: A sort of link between the two sequences before and after it, and it could be regarded as a part of either!
4) Let The Sky Fall < Babe I'm Gonna Leave You < Idiot Wind < The En-d Of The World < Love Hurts: I always thought that - for reasons which I should think are quite obvious (ha, ha!) - the Skeeter Davis and Nazareth numbers would work quite effectively back to back. And then the Ten Years After, Led Zep and Dylan numbers fell into place as a kind of buildup to that!
5) Back To School (Mini Maggit) < Pink Maggit: Booken-ds from late-'90s metal monsters the Deftones, from their 2000 White Pony release.
6) Gun: Yet another "elimination" - Soundgarden's Louder Than Love (1989)!
