Comment:

They don't all have to be heavy. This mix is the first in a series of three mixes that were made/are being made for a fri[e-n-d], who, as people usually do, asked me for some "new" music. It was conceived in late June, begun in early July, and now, after acquiring certain songs, deleting others, and making changes to both the song sequence and the songs themselves, is complete. To [b-e-g-i-n] with, I started out with something a little lighter, as she's into "musicals and oldies", but with the intention of moving into heavier territory in future mixes. Lead Belly and the New York Dolls were the only major cuts.

Absolutely amazing start with Floyd book-e-n-d-s, which is really a nice touch. This seems like a LOT of fun to have made and worthy of a listen. And a underrated Stones track! Like it when that happens. A nice run on 18-20.
