Your mixes always provide so many interesting and revealing items. A number of classics, some great new(er) band highlights and more than a few unknowns. I.E. a perfect bl-e-n-d.

I'm listening right now. Very very compelling. At first, I didn't have much of a clue as to where it was going to go. Then I looked at the playlist again, and found it doubly compelling. This would be nice for driving through the Painted Desert.

I can't stand the Decembrists but am very much looking forward to hearing the rest. That's one of my favorite Zep tunes and you can't go wrong with that 9-10 pairing.

The Decemberists have always annoyed me too, not so much THEM as the fact that they seemed to appear on every third AOTM submission over the past few years. but truth be told, the Sue Garner/Decemberists pair is one of my favorites here, along with the Serena Maneesh/Yeasayer pairing. anyway, another great set of tunes from various eras and styles this is.

Yeasayer, Chills, Bowie stretch is damn fine. Rockets, Space, Beaches, Stars and Water. A great image..

Digging the sounds on this one. That 6 to 8 stretch is beautiful man. Fantastic track to finish it too.
