Comment:

Hopefully, my two years of French I have not failed me overmuch. It should read "The More Things Change, The More They Remain The Same..." or some such... so, why not just call the mix TMTC,THTRTS?Enh... why not?Too many things are becoming reminiscent of my youth, and things then weren't so damned good. Riots, rage, hatred and pain were rampant."I am fearful we are on the brink of a catastrophe." I believe that was Archbishop Desmond Tutu... We watch the economy fall apart, and our youth, waving a flag, march off to a war made/caused by track # 13...Sigh...Sometimes I am just too damned old...

The title translation looks alright to me, but it's been a while since I was good at French so... Anyways, I really like this. A lot. And hey, those of us who are considered youngsters are getting tired of things going round in circles as well. You are not too old, the world is just tiring.

Really cool collection - a nice mix of the new and old. You've got Green Day, MCR, the Pumpkins, Creed and the Kil-lers sharing company with such disparate older artists such as Iggy & The Stooges, CS&N, and Elvis Costello. Frankly, I rather like this sort of eclectic, all-over-the-place approach - not least of all because it's the one I use! (Ha, ha, ha!)

Pump It Up indeed! This is pretty cool. Am I the only one who thinks that particular My Chemical Romance track sounds like something out of Bugsy Malone?
