Comment:

Retro Joe and avocado rabbit inspired me to look back at another snapshot in my life. No rules around the relative popularity or obscurity of the track, in this case. Everyone out there probably already knows most of this by heart, but it does represent a chronological record of my life, ages 12 - 22, in roughly the order each one appeared in my life. I may not have made it out of the 70s with the love of my life or even a high-school diploma, but, for better or worse, the music is everlasting.

Lowrider, he's a little higher...Like the best oldies station ever, the 3, 4, 5 run is playing in my head right now.

Love it all. The 15-21 stretch at the e-n-d of this mix is as good as music gets.. Black Dog, Brown Sugar, Superstition. Too Good!

Instant karma!! Man, the 70's had tons of great music. I like what you've got here, it's a good representation... even if I do know most of it by heart. :)

I like this one a great deal! A fairly comprehensive overview of the '70s rock scene, overall. It's pretty hard for me to single out any one particular track, because they're all great, but I think it's really cool that you included Bowie's Wild Is The Wind!
