Comment:
First things first...I need to tally up my total CD "eliminations" so far. (Because as of right now, there are technical difficulties that do not permit me to up-date or revise the comments on my "ELIMINATIONS" LIST! :-()36. Ted Nugent's Amboy Dukes: Tooth, Fang & Claw (1974) (#106 - 9/9/08)
37. Van Halen: Women And Children First (1980) (#106 - 9/9/08)
38. Led Zeppelin: II (1969) (#106 - 9/9/08)
39. Black Sabbath: Vol. 4 (1972) (#104 - 9/10/08)
40. Metallica: Metallica ("The Black Album") (1991) (#104 - 9/10/08)
41. Patti Smith Group: Easter (1978) (#104 - 9/10/08)
42. Jane's Addiction: Nothing's Shocking (1988) (#104 - 9/10/08)
43. Led Zeppelin: III (1970) (#104 - 9/10/08)
44. Guns N' Roses: Appetite For Destruction (1987) (#107 - 9/11/08)
45. Joy Division: Unknown Pleasures (1979) (#107 - 9/11/08)
46. Loudness: Hurricane Eyes (1987) (#107 - 9/11/08)
(NOTE: I'm not 100% sure that Appetite For Destruction actually counts as an "elimination," because while I used all of the songs from that album, I used the acoustic Lies version of You're Crazy rather than the electric Appetite version. I guess it can narrowly scrape by as an "elimination," because not being a particularly big fan of the electric You're Crazy, this is the closest I'll ever come to "eliminating" Appetite!)
And this train just don't stop for nothing, nobody, nowhere, no way, no how! It just keeps right on a-rollin' and a-rollin' along! Of course, I'd have a far easier time of it without all of these stupid viruses, glitches, and network errors constantly screwing me up and cramping my style! But...we must all be patient, I suppose. Hopefully, things'll get better around here (not to mention there'll hopefully be more of you out there actually reading this - ha, ha, ha!)
Well, I guess you could see this is just more Pazuzu business as usual. Usually, I've got a really good idea of which sequences I want to start and finish a particular disc, but this time around I started things off rather tentatively! Case in point:
I'll Be There < Play The Game - I wasn't really so sure that I wanted this for the o-pening two songs, but at the time I had no other ideas, so why not? I guess it kinda works...! :-)
Feedback:
Looking at this playlist, I cold swaer you were my brother! It's uncanny. Which means it's good, of course.
