So I made this mix for myself last night, ostensibly to include the Joan of Arc and Walker Brothers songs (as I'm trading the CDs that each are on) and to include the Blondie song, which I borrowed from a friend of mine (owning a Blondie disc won't be happening anytime soon). I think it's one of my more interesting variety mixes. I challenge you mixers to tell me which two songwriters are featured twice on this mix; although the one is obvious, the other is a bit harder to detect. The title is from the Velocity Girl song.

S Merritt is the brain behind Magnetic Fields & The 6ths. I don't know the answer to #2. Very nicely varied mix BTW.

I know that the Sixth Great Lake and Of Montreal do not share any full-time members, although I'm sure someone has played on the other's records... but, at any rate, it's not the E6 connection. Here's a hint: the Lou Barlow song is a cover.
