The common thread running through this mix is a)jazz vocals, b)female singers, and c) it e*nds badly. I te*nd to gravitate towards songs like these unless I happen to be the one whose relationship is on the rocks at the time.
The title comes not as a paraphrase of track #6, but rather from driving home after teaching tai chi class a couple nights ago. This mix was on the car stereo, and I was getting all wistful when I looked up and saw a turn had been missed. Apparently I must have got lost in the lady's voice.
