Comment:
My late-to-the-party tribute to Peter Green, whose beautifully lyrical blues playing isn't discussed enough by the average music fan. (Two of these tracks, "One Sunny Day" and "Although the Sun is Shining," feature Danny Kirwan a bit more prominently than Peter, but Peter's contributions are pretty great, as well.)Feedback:
Another great single-artist mix, you are on a roll, Rob. Thanks for sharing.
The best of Fleetwood Mac before the two Macs took over.
Yes, Peter Green was marvellous and should have seen more success. Thank you for a fitting tribute.
Makes you want to forgive FM for the seventies. Excellent!
Can't get enough of Peter Green (and there was only so much). "Although the Sun is Shining" is one of my favorites.
