It's a little embarrassing that it's taken this long for our mix to get posted. Things happen. At any rate, what has finally emerged is this paean to summer from njr and avocado rabbit, compiled at a time when the last dr ops of summer were being squeezed from the early September skies.
Who better to give us the inspiration for this double-disc set than the eternal beach boy himself, Brian Wilson.
"Another car running fast,

As I've said already, Brian WIlson is nearly a god. He deserves to be the inspiration of a mix, especially one as good as this. No clue on the quiz.
I was a MAS virgin until avocado rabbit enticed me with the irresistible lure of summer fun. It was a delightful experience, and I am so pleased that his cover art is up to his usual high standard.

Oh man, I just got hit with 30cm of snow and freezing rain this morning. Coupled with a transit strike that started this morning as well it took me an hour and a half to get to work (usually takes 20min). How I long for the summer! Well I'll get my rays of sunshine with this mix.

Better late than never. I'm finally getting a chance to listen to this, and it's great - good sel_ection of music, nice flow between tracks and nice to listen to even in winter.
