to truly be punk takes more commitment that i was ever able to muster. guess that's why so much gnu wave wears so badly -- exactly the stuff not on this mix. toughest call - whether to lead with the only ones or plastic bertrand. what, no spizz energi?
i've always been too shy to be punk but i certainly missed the boat on new wave. maybe i'm no-wave? teenage jesus and the jerks! oh & finally someone puts a squeeze song other than tempted.
This comp is great!! I love it!
