Comment:

first off: i would like to sing my praises to jesus, allah, yaweh, babaji, buddha, shiva, osiris, ra, zeus and all the other gods and goddesses that aotm is back up and running.

so, I do this thing, since my commute to school is so long and the gaps between my classes are such that i do a ton of driving around, on campus, and in town. on my itunes i have a playlist called "albums i havent heard yet" which consists of albumas, eps, etc... that ive downloaded but since i have SO MUCH MUSIC ANYWAY, i havent gotten around to yet (this playlist is 7.25gb large). so every week in my car i shut off the ipod and put in a cd of stuff i havent heard. i call it CD of the Week. This way im always listening to tons of new music. usually what ill do is at the e/nd after each cd i will have a favorite track. this is a CD of all my favorite tracks from all the cds of the week.

artists repeat alot because in the interest of time, I try to put as much as I can on the cd. so when I have several recordings I want to hear by an artist, and they are all 30mins or so, I'll put several on the CD, and I like to pick a favorite song from each recording, not just one from the whole cd i made.

i.e. the moose CD had all 3 of their EPs on it (since theyre so short) so i have three favorite songs. one from each EP.

and sometimes I liked something so much (i.e. Pale Saints "In Ribbons") that I followed next week with another recording, and liked that one so much that... etc...

so dont criticize me for having an artist appear more than once please. thank you!

I actually got very very very sick this semester, so there arent 15 weeks worth of tracks, but enough to make a cd.

Week 1 - A Ghostly International Records sampler I made of free downloads from their website
Week 2 - Seventh Tree
Week 3 - Third
Week 4 - Cherry EP/ Frozen EP
Week 5 - Geek! EP/ The New Record by EP/ Strawberry Wine EP/ Ecstasy/ Sunny Sundae Smile EP/ Feed Me with Your Kiss (single)
Week 6 - Untitled (Silver)
Week 7 - Suzanne EP/ Jack EP/ Reprise EP
Week 8 - Spooky/ For Love (single)
Week 9 - In Ribbons
Week 10 - Half Life EP
Week 11 - Flesh Balloon EP
Week 12 - In the Comforts of Madness
