I am getting more into more power metal. I love that this genre is very METAL. I want to be a singer so I really appreciate the great vocal talents here. Eric Adams, ZP, and Dio especially come to mind. They really stretch their vocal cords and I love that. I love DragonForce and I might see them when they come to CT soon. "Other bands play, Manowar K/ILLS!" I think the fantasy themes are okay but I really like the war/battle themes. Raise your fists AND swords in the air!
