Thrash metal is my favorite metal subgenre. It's all about the speed baby and the no frills headbanging muscle. Metallica is one of my favorite bands ever so I gotta include "Whiplash". I fucking love Municipal Waste. Warbringer is another cool young thrash band. I was front row at a Voivod show, before Piggy passed away. I saw Jason Newsted aka Jasonic play bass right in front of me. Shadows Fall kick ass but I don't know how I feel about their new music. Same with Trivium. Bang your head and if someone falls down, pick 'em up.
