Comment:

I do not e ndorse the Bee Gees, the Beach Boys, the Strawberry Alarm Clock, "Changes", "Touch of Grey", or most of the Donovan I've heard thus far.
However, I enjoy, for the most part, Bee Gees' 1st, Pet Sounds, a handful of Donovan songs, and the rest of the Grateful Dead catalogue.
This was put together last week as a birthday mix for a close frie nd as a combination of things I've been listening to lately, stuff I thought she'd enjoy, and a message running underneath.
It hangs together passably well, for all its inconsistency, and should go over well, for the most part....I don't regret making this thing.

You could be justifiably proud of this retro hippy-trippy sounding mix.

No regrets. That's good. It seemed as if you were unsure for a momemt. Some fine picks, though, especially the last couple on side 2.

Oh, wow! This is a most excellent collection. In fact, you've got several really cool deep cuts here by many of my favorite artists (nice to see She's So Fine by the JHE, for one!).

I'd list a few of my favorite picks if there was anything in particular that stood out from the pack, but in this case...I just can't do it! It's all good!! :-) :-) :-)
