Comment:

My last mix covered mostly 1933-1936 (plus 1 from 1931 and 1 from 1937, the later mistakenly used because it had been used on a prior mix). After looking more closely at that last creation, I realized that I had to have misplaced a bunch of files for 1937-39. Doing a search I found them and this mix is the result. All of these files were left over from prior mixes, but not to be ignored (there are still many gems here). Of the songs sel_ected three each were chosen by Billie Holiday (pictured) and Bob Crosby. I also chose two each from other artists such as Tommy Dorsey, Benny Goodman, Bing Crosby, and The Andrews Sisters.
