There are only one or two songs here that I recognize (Patti Smith's China Bird is one, and is Sarah McLachlan's Blackbird a cover of the Beatles song?). I do like the concept a lot, however! :-)

Suggestions for a possible Volume 2:
Mark Lanegan - Mockingbirds (1990)
Suede - To The Birds (1992)

After seeing the cover sketch on the horses (and wanting all the pretty little horses song on it) I've shut my mouth (and am just looking at the bird sketch, puzzled, wondering if I know what Stina Nordenstam sounds like singing that song, thinking maybe I already do). Sweet. Would enjoy to trade.
