60 minutes. my parents got this new vacuum and it's pretty much the most awesome household appliance ever. i know that makes me sound completely whack, but the many capabilities of that sucker motivated me to do a massive cleaning today. hence a mix with references to cleaning. but it's not really about cleaning lyrically, as much as it's about the feeling behind it. and not rushed proactive productive spring cleaning either; it's like slow hazy mind-numbing summer day cleaning - with lots of breaks to accommodate growing thirst and the increasing attention deficit. the result is a weirdly distant and sort of detached mix. i'm not necessarily happy with the order of the songs on here, but no matter how i rearranged them, nothing felt "right" so i had to settle.
