Comment:

Drunkenly promising to make a mix tape is one thing; soberly following through is another. (Nooooo shit, Sherlock.) However! Armed with the knowledge that the friend I promised a tape digs Cher, black metal and Camera Obscura equally magically dissolved the mental block that leaves 75% of my mixes incomplete. The first side is possibly more cohesive as I got a chance to drive around and listen to it, but J. says that both sides hold up, and if she's happy I'm happy.

I find it hard to follow through a mix tape promise also..at least in a timely manner! I love the Mazzy Star song. Os Mutantes & Pulp are always fun. Ooh and Crayon is precious. Thanks for commenting on my mix!

Intriguing collection! I'm not really familiar with everything here, but kudos for including Beefheart's "Dropout Boogie!" :-)
