Comment:

This is a mix I made a few months ago after I heard the soundtrack from "About a Son" and was inspired to make something of it's ilk. The reason I catorgorized as Road Trip was mainly because I first listened to it on an Inidiana back road, and the autobiographical part only really makes sense to me. Not necessarly lyrically, but atomospherically. Excuse any spellin mistakes.

Hell, this is even cooler than your other one! Some more great rocking tunes. The Bowie, Mott and Queen songs are undisputed classics, of course, and once again you've got great "deep cuts" like "Troubled Times," "Down Rodeo," and "It Ain't Like That." BTW, "Chloe Dancer/Crown Of Thorns" is my favorite Mother Love Bone track! (BTW, your last five songs have the artist and song titles in the wrong place. Whoops! But that can always be corrected...)

Oh! I almost forgot to mention something else: I love the closing sequence of four: Nirvana's "Drain You," Pink Floyd's "Comfortably Numb," Pearl Jam's "Elderly Woman...," and the Smashing Pumpkins' "Drown." The two things I always put a great deal of effort into with my own mixes are the opening and closing sequences for each disc, and part of me wishes that I had thought of that closing sequence myself. Damn! ;-)
