Comment:

Danzig < Bob Dylan - "Satan's cross points to Hell...and Hell's my wife's home town!" My idea of a joke - you tell me, was that funny? ;-)

"Stabbin' Daggers" < "Black Glove" - Ooooooohh!! That particular title sequence sort of conjures up a Dario Argento film, doesn't it? ;-)

"Boorman The Chauffer" / "I Like Nightmares" - A couple of way-cool obscurities from BOC and the Who (the latter sung by Pete Townshend)! They're actually bonus tracks on the "Secret Treaties" and "Face Dances" CD's, respectively.

"Scattergun" - A late-period number from the Ramones, from their very last studio album in fact! It's written and sung by Dee Dee's replacement on bass, C.J.

Today's eliminations (#223 - 10/29/09):
Hanoi Rocks - "Back To Mystery City" (1983)
Mott The Hoople - "Mott The Hoople" (1969)
The Beatles - "Magical Mystery Tour" [U.S.] (1967)
Radiohead - "Amnesiac" (2001)
Ted Nugent & The Amboy Dukes - "Call Of The Wild" (1973)
("Strange Boys Play Weird Openings" < "Rabbit Foot And Toby Time" - And with the opening sequence of instrumentals, I eliminated two birds with one stone!)
