I do actually listen to postive music. check out my 311 mix. 311 music is positive. A lot of the hardcore punk rock I listen to is based on positive themes such as beliving in yourself and being there for your friends. Also, maybe you should listen to music that is negative and bad. That music is about real pain and suffering that people who have been through similar experiences, can relate to. That kinda music saves lives. It saves my life constantly. Maybe you should listen to music that has the guts to be bad and to be loud and fast. I don't wanna fall asleep when listening to music. I want it to be badass and fucking loud.

you put lots of my favs on here like the ventures, david bowie, shonen knife, and bob marley :) I have this old 45 of peter, paul, and mary's "leaving on a jet plane" I constantly put it on mixes because I love the eerie quality of it, it's a beautiful song. It's a shame that Mary just died, but kudos to this mix!
