This mix was made for the car ride to a NYE party tomorrow. A good friend of mine demanded I make a mix for her (seeing as I make mixes for a good deal of people) and this was the result.

Some of this will be dismissed by some as poppy nonsense, and that's fine by me. Each mix created, particularly for other people, is meant to be a reflection of that person's musical tastes, and blah blah blah...

I worked in artists and songs I know she enjoys and artists I feel she would enjoy based on her current tastes.

I feel like this mix has nice shifts in mood without ever becoming dull. I've tested it out on a few other friends, and it seems to have very nice flow and overall construction.

It's not really my kind of mix, which is why I'm so excited it didn't turn out to be total...suck.
