Comment:
Confession: Before I met my now ex, I didn't know listen to Bob Dylan much. I knew enough about him, but never took the time to get into him. Since, my now ex was from Minnesota, I got really into artists that hail from that state. Still, this mix was made after she broke up with me. I was looking for answers. I was trying to get over her. I knew Bob Dylan was (and of course, still is) a genius so maybe I would at least get some good breakup songs out of it. Putting all of Bob's best and great songs can't possibly be put onto one cd, so I made 2 mixes. This mix here focuses on early Bob Dylan. Bob Dylan was born in Duluth, Minnesota so I use the city of Duluth as symbolism for beginning; as in the beginning of Bob's musical career and life. As I listened to more and more Dylan, I got more into his music. He's clearly a genius- both as a songwriter and a musician. I like the early part of his career the best, so far at least.
