Comment:

60 minutes; part two. in honour of and tribute to j.d. salinger's life and death. although he was kind of an asshole of a guy, he was a relatively alright writer, and incredibly influential on my generation for certain. this mix consists of songs that are either about or mention the novel "catcher in the rye". while the book is one of those cliche coming-of-age novels that everyone can totally relate to, i can't deny how widespread its affect has been and how important it was for me as well as a disenchanted angsty teenager.
