I hate when I go to see a concert and I am unprepared. What I mean is when I don't know the material (re: songs) of the bands I'm seeing. It's better to know the songs before hand so you can understand a band's set better. Also, you aren't just standing or sitting there wondering what the hell song they are playing. Hence, this mix's creation. I plan on going to Mayhem Fest this summer (mostly since Lamb Of God is finally coming back to Hartford and it's a fun metal concert). FFDP is okay- yes, they have shades of nu-metal but I really like the vocals and their songs are pretty decent. Generic? Slightly but hey, I never saw the live yet. I love old Korn, before Head quit the band. Some recent singles are here and mostly they sound pretty much the same. Chimaira is an awesome metal band and some of their new shit is here. They mostly sound the same. They need to shake things up a bit. Megadeth closes it out with "502" which I heard on the radio coming home from work the other day. Good stuff.
