Comment:

My best friend and I spent our last summer together before college, tearing up the greater Los Angeles Area. This was our soundtrack.
A lot of these remind me of our inside jokes, or particular times we shared. Can't even count the number of times we sang with the choir of ex girlfriends on Carol Brown, or asked Ian Curtis who "They" were and why they keep calling him ( we have a strange sense of humor). We celebrated Charles Bukowski's birthday with whiskey and the Modest Mouse song, tangoed clumsily to Tom Waits, screamed bloody murder with Courtney Love and Hole. I will miss our music and our times together.

Goodbye Los Angeles!

Sounds like a pretty solid summer. Not gonna lie, the way you describe it makes me feel like I should've gone much harder between high school and college.
