Today is one of those rainy days. I'm down on my 2 sports, well all 4, of my main sports teams losing recently. Not a horrible day just a down day. Might as well post a Husker Du/Replacements mix I made awhile ago. Keeping with my obsession with minnesota born and bred music, this mix was created for me to get to know these two bands better. This was created after my Minneapolis Mix. Husker Du come from St. Paul. They are pretty cool- I still need to hear more from them. I like the Replacements better though. For the second time, I am reading a book on them called "All Over But The Shouting" by Jim Walsh. I was in St. Paul only once in my life. I was driven though part of it briefly while looking for the highway (driving by the xcel center). It was a great night/morning.
