| Day 13 - A Song That Is A Guilty Pleasure: Eurovision, it annoys me but Reminds me of being 13 and my Amiga. Reminds me of the Mac Myth 2 community and the hours spent on playing on a 56k connection, mostly on the WW2 Recon maps. We'd play and watch Eurovision at the same time, commenting on the various acts as we played. I think most people lost matches due to the womens' costumes. 13 years on we're still playing. | ||

| Day 18 - A Song That You Wish You Heard On The Radio: In 1998 I wasn't up to speed on indie rock, snubbing them for Stoner and Prog as mates chose Punk and Nu-Metal. It wouldn't be till 2001 that I would end up listening via mixtapes. This is a band I saw getting great reviews at the time and picked up a few singles a few years later. The album this is taken from, called Galaxy Class, is absolutely brilliant. | ||

The third convinced me to buy the LP it was on, convinced me to root out singles, to keep buying magazines, to go to gigs, to buy t-shirts and then loan the album to mates. Not the best track by a stretch but damn good at the time. Still is. | ||

A few years later I was the same with Queen and TOTP. | ||
