James Murphy gets me.

Getting tickets to this show was easily one of the best life-decisions I'd made in some time. It was a special night I got to spend with friends, old & new, dancing & singing-along like my life depended on it. It was one of the finest New York City nights I'd had in years. It re-energized my soul.

It was emotional.

It also took the better part of a day to recover from.

The mix itself is full of proto-punk & dance music made by live instruments, with a few chill studio cuts.
