full title: After The Concert: songs to CHILL and help RECOVER after all that rockin'. Yeah, after concerts I'm pretty beat. I rock out pretty hard at shows: banging my head, moshing, running around in circle pits, chasing down after punk rock demigods, standing for hours, and singing along. Most of the concerts I go to isn't exactly a quiet, peaceful experience. It's VERY loud and dirty and rough at times. AS you can see, when I get in my car after a show the last thing I wanna hear (usually) is something crazy and hard. So with that in mind, I made this mix appropriately. I put power ballads, reggae influenced rock, and alternative standards on here to help me relax, unwind, and chill out to. bands on here that I have seen live: Stone Temple Pilots, Weezer, Judas Priest, and Eve 6. Bands on here I'll see this summer: Sublime (with Rome) and The Expendables. "heaven", "paradise", and "island" are really calming words.
