Well, here's another one that's been a considerably long while in the making! :)

"Waiting For The Worms" < "Stop" < "Super Heroes" - The first of two "Rocky Horror"/"Wall" mash-ups I've conceived recently! Fortunately, I bought the 25th Anniversary edition of "Rocky Horror," which contains snippets of dialogue between the songs! Check this out:

PINK: "Stop! I wanna go home / Take off this uniform and leave the show / I'm waiting in this cell because I have to know / Have I been guilty all this time?"

MAGENTA: "How sentimental!"

RIFF RAFF: "And also presumptuous of you. You see, when I said that we were returning to Transylvania, I meant Magenta and myself! I'm sorry if you found my words misleading, but you are to remain here - in SPIRIT, anyway...!"

"Out Of Time" (X 3) - Two covers by the Ramones and Manic Street Preachers, and the Rolling Stones' original!

"Shock Treatment" < "Doctor Alibi" < "Plastic Surgery" - Medical madness motif! ;)

"Never Again" < "Stone Evil" < "Waiting For The Worms" - Anti-fascist motif.

"Miss Sarajevo" < "Here Comes The Flood" - A special shout-out to Los Babymakers and The Mutual Appreciation Society for making me remember these songs! :) :) :)

"Jupiter And Beyond: Requiem For Soprano, Mezzo Soprano, Two Mixed Choirs & Orchestra (Excerpt) / Atmospheres / Adventures (Altered For Film)" - Well...coming after the anti-fascist cycle and the "Rocky Horror"/"Wall" mash-up, I suppose that as a finale this cinematic Ligeti cycle COULD be said to represent a sort of transcendence of all earthly woe. OR...alternatively speaking, it could just simply mean that when Riff Raff and Magenta beam the whole house back to the planet of Transsexual, in the galaxy of Transylvania, they have to use the Stargate! (Ha, ha, ha...)

doowad (05-18-2010):
I don't care what anyone says, I love Miss Sarajevo. Glad we could help you remember! Oh, and the Kinks and a favorite little Stones track, done 3 times, great job, Darth. I told you I was looking forward to these new mixes.
