The Proposed Plunderphonics series began as a guest mix for Boston/New England music scene blog I Heart Noise. It was a chance to explore an alternate way of constructing "Reenkarnigo revivigita" [Resurrected Reincarnation], which was the first track from the ???? debut album Reincarnated Resurrection. The idea was twelve song samples would be played to demonstrate "classic vaporwave". (The reason for twelve was because they would also outline a tone row.) They would also showcase my own musical experience, tastes and interests. In a sense, it is a musical introduction (or re-introduction).

The 2018-12-31 references when it was first released and this was done on my own. The idea here was to pay tribute to various artists in the vapour scene. Another way to think of this is it "plunders the plunderers". Unlike the other three which have their own personal order, these are presented in chronological order of their release date.
