Comment:

The production of this two CD mix started about 3 weeks ago when I found 4 tapes in a box in the basement. I was going to tape over whatever was on them but I decided to listen to them first and to my surprise there were some really good songs on them. Judging by the songs and bands that are on the mix, I must of made the tape when I was 13 years old in 1994(hence the title, 94' mix). The songs all come from the years of 92-94. The songs were probably taped off of the radio or taped off my friends CD's. This mix makes me wonder what the hell has happened to music, there was so much great stuff in the early to mid 90's and now it seems like it's all gone to POP(Shit). But at least I have this mix to remind of those Junior High days.

Some cool stuff. About how much today's music sucks,it's the pop life cycle. About every ten years, there's some great movement, and then it ends and we have the sludge left over. Sadly, it usually ends with death. Morrison, Jopin and Hendrix in the 60's. Cobain in the 90's. Hopefully, this crap wiull die out soon.
