Well, here it is, the mix that confirms my willingness to go back on my word. As my bio confirms, I am a stauch defender of the cassette mix, and as a former record store employee I have issues with actions I fear will one day cause the demise of the face-to-face record buying experience. And yet, and yet... with the majority of my collection in storage for the summer, along with my equipment, it was only a matter of time before I snapped. The impulse to mix is simply too strong. I downloaded, I burned, and now I can't sleep. At least I have some wonderful songs to listen to while I stew in my own guilt.
