Comment:
An attempt to show that variety does exist within the overall label of punk rock. title from the marcy playground song, which (except for one of my favorite guilty pleasures opening side 2) is probably the least punk song on the tape. also i find it kinda funny that a punk band with a transsexual lead singer called themselves "the back street boys"...
Feedback:
Few people are aware of how that teen-pop group first broke into the music biz. I'm not a big fan of Wayne/Jayne's musical output, but how come I haven't read a single reference to him/her in all the hypr over "Hedwig & the Angry Inch"? I even read an interview with the Cameron Mitchell where he was asked how he came up with the character. Seems more than coincidental to me.
MIDTOWN ROCKS! first that i've seen in a mixtape so far...Nice, very Nice
I dig it.
