I made this mix for one of my best friends. I took her to see dr. madd vibe (singer of f-bones spoken word project) and she thought that he was amazing. So I made her this tape as a late birthday present so she could hear what they sound like. They are my favorite band ever by the way!

Cool band. Cool Mix. It's just too hard for me to do a Fishbone mix. Too many albums, too many cool tunes.

I've said it before, I'll say it again: can't NOBODY fade The 'Bone! As died-in-the-wool fanatic, I know all too well the perils of trying to distill the heady essence of Fishbone down to ONE tape--where to start? What to include? What to leave out? This is an EXCELLENT mix, Mindy. Nice call opening with "Fishy Swa Ska", too. Bring out the big guns early!
