Comment:

"Compulation from Greality" Okay, so I'm in my first year of college in '88-'89 at SDSU and have a girlfriend and that girlfriend starts acting weird after about 5 months of "going out". So I go to visit my friend Pete at U. of Northern Colorado in Greeley in Jan. of '89. He's living in the dorms, has a girlfriend and one of *their* friends is a girl named Jody. Cute as hell, short straight blonde hair, round glasses, fucking cool girl and she likes great music. We hit it off great, and although I was still "going out" with my girlfriend in California and was really frustrated with that situation, Jody & I "got together". It was one of the more magical romances of my life. She made me this tape of beautiful love songs. I eventually broke up with California girl. I saw Jody again that summer, had a great time, but things were weird with that by then too. Actually, I think I screwed things up in the end. Those days and this tape will always mean so much to me, though. (And she didn't put the band names on the tape, so it took me about an hour to submit this one! Finding TPE, Mission, and feelies)

That IS a great story. And I would have been more than happy to receive this mix, particularly during that time period (although that year was actually my senior year of high school)...
