Comment:
Songs of war and other delights.
Feedback:
Isn't Born in the U.S.A. kind of a protest song against our government?
Hmm, I think it's more about the poor treatment of U.S. veterans. "What's Goin On' and "War" are also anti-government songs ... the Steve Miller tune ain't all that positive either ... I didn't say these were all patriotic ... :)
War is delightful? Did I read what you wrote correctly. If so, you scare me. I like the mix, it is balanced well with concern. I think compassion and caring is patriotic. It seems in these days Nationalism is being misconstued as the only way to be patrioitic and that is no good. Patriotism is good--Nationalism is bad.
nope, I think the songs were delightful, not war.
Savaging your enemies, by 1st detonating all their hospitals and then going totally nuclear & eradicating those who would come back @ us with Bio or Chem....now THAT'S delightful Jackson !! Blood, guts & veins in yer teeth (ooh, be still my savage heart). Nice Mix !
wow...sign that man up & give 'im an Uzi........nice job: patriotic & poignant.
I'm sorry I didn't comment on this mix and only that Boss song. There's been a flood of these kinds of mixes but this one is short and sweet and says a lot. Great job. oh, and the cover is cool, too.
