This mix is meant to be a listened to loudly, on a walkman on the way to the train/bus/plane which takes you far away for good. I made it when I left uni and walked to my 3.15 train, and it sure as hell put a skip in my step.

Yeah, that's what's great about walkman's - you can play music as loud as you like (until you get on the train/bus/plane) without disturbing your girl/boyfriend/husband/wife, housemate, etc.

Where's the Texas track from? What albums have Juno and Econoline got, have a song of each but know nothing about them. Good mix.

that bardo pond track is SO NOISY. [reminds me of sex: louder and louder and louder..] makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up.
I take it this is not the chris clark on warp records, but rather the older one? the younger chris clark's cd "clarence park" is probly to your liking, seeing as you enjoy kid606/bogdan raczynski.
