Comment:

this is digital (1010). a tape for a co-worker kind of made on a dare. no real coherent theme, and i'm sure the transitions suck, but there are some individual moments i enjoy. the pink floyd and television personalities tracks are to fuck with her pink floyd sensibility (she thinks of floyd the way most people do--shit like "money" and "brick in the wall" blah blah blah) and in retrospect, given it's position on the tape, perhaps "Lindbergh" would have been a better Woody Guthrie track to use...

As always, a nice one, Brandt.

I agree. Early Syd Barrett-era Pink Floyd is the best. I wouldn't have said that when I was in high school, when I was only familiar with The Wall and Dark Side of the Moon. Nice mix, but I'm curious to see if your co-worker likes it.

Very cool, Brandt. When I was in high school, all I knew of Pink Floyd was "the wall", etc. and it wasn't until my step-father handed me a tape of early Floyd (can't remember which one) that I even knew they did much cooler stuff.

Very nice kind sir. Very nice. As far as Pink
Floyd goes, I like the guy. ;)
