Cookine Wine! what a great song!
well rob, judging from your comments on my mix, you did exactley what i said people would do, and led a diatribe about what is and isn't punk. how very punk of you.
at the drive-in is good and all, but if "one armed scissor" is your tune of choice, i think you're loving them for the wrong reasons.
should i love at the drive-in for songs like "napoleons solo" or "hourglass". I do, but not only for those somewhat softer songs songs -- i like most of their songs. And I like "one armed scissor" but it's not my favorite. It just seemed to sound good there.
Who, exactly, determines what the "right" and "wrong" reasons are for loving bands? What kind of debate is that?!
i hate it when people, one person in particular, leave jerky comments about a mix. if you're going to be mean, then shut it. you know?
also, cooking wine is an absolutely lovely song, and i'm not even much on the al. trio. but damn!
