This started out being a country/folk inspired mix with mostly non-country artists, but it more turned into a kinda themed road trip thing. Having never been west of Iowa, I've always wondered what it would be like driving out in the desert. I love driving if the music's right, and these songs just make me think of a lonely trip through the desert. Part 1 kinda starts with the exciting feel of first getting on the road, and then it goes into a darker then more somber night feeling. (i moved a lot of songs over, and added more to make part 2... check it out)
