This is a 74 minute tape. Mainly a tape I bring to the gym. Pretty much the whole mix is for motivation. The deciding factors were: High-Octane Rock And Roll, words like push, pull, tear . . . Positivity(i.e."walk like a champion," and "you gotta look sharp"), and Math Rock to count the reps. I just got sick and tired when my gym started playing the single from Jimmy Eat World, but for the longest time, I was working out to "Clarity." The title is from my own minimum requirements I set for a girl before I start dating them.
