Comment:

this is digital (10100). this is a tape for jonathan akerman, the touring drummer for trembling blue stars. i don't know anything about jonathan really--he doesn't have a public attachment to any sarah/shinkansen bands apart from TBS, but i figured since he is a drummer he must have a hidden aggressive streak. as a result, this tape is slightly more aggressive than the others i made. i can't figure out which is more difficult--making a tape for someone you know nothing about or making a tape for someone like bob wratten or matt haynes (who WAS sarah records basically) i'll let you know after i'm done with matt's tape ;)

this serious of tapes are the definiton of severe fan-itis! reminds of meeting Jonny Lang on a golf course and making him a 2 CD set of rare Jeff Buckley stuff...of course I did get to see the sound check, which was way cool!
Hope the show is awesome, wish I had the chance to see them!
