story: friend of a friend invites chAka to go see the Rocky Horror Picture Show (which everyone knows chAka loves) in new york city. we got called "whores" by a lady on the train and asked if halloween was coming early and why we were all in disguises. songs 2-7 were the songs played during the pre-show, before the "virgin initation". songs 8 and 9 were playing in different stores we visited beforehand on st.marx place. song 10 was sung by myself and Emily, one of the other people in our group as a reflection on the drunk bostonians sharing our train...now me & Emily hit it off exceedingly well (song 11) which led to a 4-am good night kiss (songs 12-14), followed by me staying up all morning in happiness (songs 15-16). of course, she lives "miles away" (song 17) but that night was the "origin" of our love (song 18).

side 2 is just dorky i-miss-you and i-love-you songs, as over the phone (and a bus trip to her hometown to see rocky horror yet again) we come to realize we're absolutely perfect for each other. lots of Queen but we both think they rock so it makes sense. i'll be seeing her again in 2 days. i wanted to put some RHPS on here but i'd want to include the whole soundtrack which obviously wouldn't fit...
