My Brother-in-law turns 40 on the 19th of December and I wanted him to have something a little but different.Can anyone guess why I used the Del Shannon, Earth, Wind & Fire, Marianne Faithfull, Marcels & Lovin' Spoonful tracks??? There are good reasons for all of them despite the fact that they don't seem to fit.

"Blue Moon"-for the line: "..and then suddenly appeared before me the only one my arms could ever hold"; Faithfull: "...doin' things I used to do they think are new"; Lovin' Spoonful (great song): "the magic's in the music and the music's in me"; E,W, & F: "I chase my vinyl dreams to...." and the Del Shannon, maybe they eloped...?

close but no...EWF & Marianne Faithfull for the fact that they share the same birthday...Del Shannon & Marcels because they were 2 of the top hits of his birth year, 1961. And why did I use the Lovin' Spoonful? Hmmmm....I think that John Sebastian had the same birthday as wel.
I was going to guess the year of his birth..I got part of it right! I like the quiz aspect! That's fun...
