Comment:
I've made quite a lot of mix tapes/cds under the 'Ralph the Dog' moniker - but this one was a little different. After watching Ken Burns' 'Jazz' 'Civil War' and 'Baseball' back to back to back, I felt it could be kind of fun to try to combine musical elements from each show into a single cohesive narrative. It's certainly a unique listen, considering I had the soundtracks to none of these documentaries (although I did get the 'Baseball' CD from the library for the Walt Whitman quote..the rest came from 'Baseball's Greatest Hits Vol 1 & 2')
Feedback:
All three back-to-back? Are you talking consecutively? 'Cause then you're Superman. Interesting mix.
Slumber My Darling!!! Are you kidding me? Quite possibly the purest song I've ever come across. Congrats on finding that one.
