Comment:
Volume 3 of the "real 80's" (Mr. Fundak's title there) series. On this one, I actually included a CDR song ("Chewing Gum Wrapper") as it was only ever released on vinyl and I actually *purchased* that... Otherwise, not much to report here. I'm hoping that I haven't used "Peach Kelli Pop" on a previous mix, as I've attempted to avoid that (hence no "Headstart for Happiness" by the Style Council or no "It's You" by the Milkshakes on volume 2).Feedback:
very nice. these three mixes expose my mix for the pointless endeavor it was...fabulous work.
what a great series! gotta get these worked into our ongoing trade, methinks...
This looks swell Mr. Conroy. I don't see any glaring omissions, and you kicked it off with what could possibly be my favorite song of the 80s. Looking forward to XYZ.
Thanks, folks. :-) And Brandt, I really, really hope that you don't think I'm attempting to "upstage" you; I just thought that your idea was worth exploring, as I was curious to see where I'd wind up by attempting something similar.
i did not think that Rob...i think you've done an amazing job here...i should probably give it another go sometime... :)
Very cool.
